Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about ClickDrain

General Information

ClickDrain is an innovative, Australian-made, high-quality modular linear drainage system crafted from stainless steel. Developed by Paige Stainless, a company with over 30 years’ experience in custom stainless steel drainage, ClickDrain meets the market demand for a readily available, durable, and easy-to-install drainage solution.

ClickDrain eliminates common drainage challenges such as complex, time-consuming installations and fragility of traditional materials like polymer concrete. It offers lightweight, strong, and seamless modular components that are faster to install and last longer.

Product Features & Benefits

  • 2m modular sections for faster installation
  • Laser-cut precision for perfect alignment (±2mm tolerance)
  • Stainless steel channel base for superior water flow
  • Friction lock grate removal with no screws required
  • Lightweight design to reduce freight and handling costs
  • Self-supporting formwork for polished concrete finishes

Heel Guard grates are safety-focused stainless steel grates with small apertures (within 8mm tolerance) to prevent heels, canes, or small wheels from catching. They also have P4 slip resistance, anti-slip nodules, and comply with AS1428 accessibility standards.

ClickDrain is lighter, easier to install, safer to cut, and more durable. It won’t crack during installation or transport, and it produces no harmful silica dust.
